wood. The property includes a laundry room with tub and a storage room of about 3x4 meters
surrounded by prickly pears. in the approximately 2,550 meters of land surrounding the property, as well as plants from

formata da un grande salone con camino e forno a legna, due cucine (una delle quali con grande camino),
due bagni ed una spaziosissima camera matrimoniale mentre, collegati da un soggiorno-patio troviamo i
sette antichi coni-trulli che racchiudono due mini appartamenti formati rispettivamente da camera
matrimoniale, camera due letti e bagno. In totale quindi cinque camere e quattro bagni. All`esterno un
grande (200 m ) terrazzo con un comodissimo gazebo in legno e barbecue in pietra.a fianco, la piscina (con sistema
ecologico e quindi di facile gestione) di 12mx5 per bagni in totale privacy e protetta da una recinzione in
legno pletano la proprietà una lavanderia con vasca e un vano-ripostiglio di circa 3x4 metri
circondato dai fichi d`india. nei circa 2.550 metri di terreno che circonda la proprietà, oltre a piante da
frutto troviamo grandi palme e cactus. e gli ulivi. sono una trentina e secolari dal quale ottenere il proprio
fantastico olio evo.
